Cynda Collins Arsenault is President and co-founder of the Secure World Foundation.

Cynda and her husband, Marcel Arsenault started this foundation in order to work towards a secure world where war has become obsolete by the end of this century. They are currently focusing on preserving the mandate for the peaceful use of outer space by developing new global systems for sustainable space.

Cynda has been active in grass roots organizing and community building since the 1960s working on ways to build a secure and sustainable future for the children of the world. She has been involved for many years in promoting opportunities for people with developmental disabilities and has authored two books on this subject entitled:  Let's Get Together: A Handbook in Support of Building Relationships Between Individuals with Developmental Disabilities and Their Community, and When Do I Get Some Time for Me?: A Parent's 'Make it Happen' Handbook for Finding and Using Respite Care and Other Supports For Their Children and Youth with Special Needs.

She received her BA in Sociology and Psychology at University of California Berkeley and earned her Masters Degree in  Education from Colorado State University. Cynda lives in Superior, Colorado with her husband, Marcel, and has two adult children, Erin and John.

Marcel Arsenault, Chairman, CEO and founder of Colorado & Santa Fe and co-founder of the Secure World Foundation, has purchased and managed real estate investments for over 20 years. Mr. Arsenault actively participated in the acquisition, analysis, and successful redevelopment of more than 100 commercial buildings comprising nearly five million square feet, making him one of the largest and most active non-institutional owners of commercial real estate in Colorado. His primary philosophy focuses on enhancing cash flow and retaining properties as long-term investments. Mr. Arsenault is also President and founder of One Earth Future, an operating foundation dedicated to using new and effective systems of global governance to achieve an Earth beyond war.

At Colorado & Santa Fe, Mr. Arsenault has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to realistically acquire, plan and execute the company's major "turnaround" projects. His considerable entrepreneurial experience has enabled him to build a strong team and direct a rapidly growing company.

In recent years, Mr. Arsenault has engaged in venture capital real estate. He has assisted entrepreneurs to implement their plans to add value to real estate. For example, he has provided capital to several entrepreneurs enabling them to develop $100 million of condo projects involving over 1,000 units.

Mr. Arsenault maintains a personal portfolio exceeding $200 million in commercial real estate assets. He has been a finalist for the Denver Business Journal's "Entrepreneur of the Year", is included in "Who's Who of Commercial Real Estate," has lectured at the University of Colorado, and has delivered numerous addresses to various real estate organizations. He is also a contributing author of How to Build a Real Estate Empire. Prior to Colorado & Santa Fe, Mr. Arsenault founded and eventually sold Mountain High Yoghurt as a national brand to Beatrice Foods (acquired by ConAgra in 1990).

Mr. Arsenault holds a B.S. degree from McGill University. In 1968, he pursued a Ph.D. in molecular biology at the University of Colorado. In 1971, Mr. Arsenault left his teaching and research duties at the University of Colorado to found Mountain High Yoghurt.

John Arsenault (Photo pending) is currently earning his undergraduate BA with a double major degree in biochemistry and chemistry, along with a neuroscience certificate from the University of Colorado in Boulder. His passions include music (playing bass, guitar, drums, keyboard & saxaphone, DJing/turntablism, emceeing/rapping, singing, producing music, and listening to music), art (painting - acrylic, oil, watercolor, spraypaint, and ink - photography, and graphic design), snowboarding, hiking, skateboarding, salsa dancing, philosophy, and learning/thinking. John's involvement with Secure World Foundation was inspired in large part by his family - his parents and sister - and is also rooted in his own personal desire and passion for helping create a peaceful world where all humans are guaranteed the inalienable natural rights of food, clean water, freedom of religion and freedom of the mind. He is also passionately interested in space and cosmology in general, and in his spare time he enjoys thinking about what dark matter/dark energy is and how it relates to our visible universe.
